Knothole seeks partners and financial contributors to help ensure sustainability and establish trans-formative programming systems.

The redevelopment of the field complex has been a vital undertaking requiring significant capital investment. Ongoing support will be required to maintain fields, provide scholarships, and subsidize programming to ensure affordable access to this re-created community jewel. The result is intended as a self-sustaining community centerpiece of youth development.

Knothole has worked closely with key partners to obtain the desired level of operational programming, financial support, and impact. A summary of key partners is provided as follows:

MLB – contributing financial capital through the Baseball Tomorrow Fund and programming support thru Baseball RBI program and Youth Development League initiative.

Queens University –participating in programming related to skills instruction and educational advancement, coordinating mentoring workshops with student/athletes, staff and faculty, and using the Stick Williams Dream Fields and Education Center as home base.

Founding Knothole Organizations – CMR and UDACF – driving the focus on baseball, life skills, and education in West Charlotte.
